Penleys Apartment - York

Both my daughter and I felt at home here. Facilities included central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and television, enjoyed that.

I had a LOVELY stay, with location in the middle of the city.

I loved to be there, spent 2 relaxing days overall. It was stunning in the middle of the city.

We stayed 2 nights and had very comfortable time. It had a fantastic setting close to everything, York, shops, lovely place, and the city centre.

the apartment was stunning, with lovely decorations and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were quick to address any issues we had. I really enjoyed the discount card and free bubbly that were provided. it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back. Cons: Nothing - all excellent! 😊.

Travelled to explore York, this apartment was a fine base for doing it. The location was amazing - just a walk to York Minster.

A coffee maker, a refrigerator and an oven were provided. Truly enjoyed private bathroom.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and maintained, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We were actually surprised to find that everything we needed was provided, including small details like milk and teabags upon arrival. The location of the apartment was perfect, great to easily explore the city without being in the busy area. It was a peaceful and quiet retreat at night, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The icing on the cake was the excellent customer service we received. When we encountered a small issue upon arrival, Daisy, a member of the staff, arrived promptly to resolve it and even checked in with us the next day to ensure everything was alright. we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend Penleys to anyone visiting York.

The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the option to have them set up as singles. The guest note book provided great recommendations, including a free gin tasting. The discount card and complimentary bubbly were nice touches. We highly recommend this apartment for a great stay in York.
